Appliances that have been received by the customer are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
We ask that you take the time to thoroughly inspect your appliances at the time of delivery or pick-up. Any damage or defect that is noticed must be reported to Appliance Canada within 48 hours, by either calling 905-660-2424 Ext 2362 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . All defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and may be inspected by a factory service provider prior to a return authorization being issued.
Orders may be cancelled, up to 72 hours prior to delivery, deposits are non-refundable.
