Below are a list of commonly asked questions to help assist you with your inquiry.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
RETURNS: Appliances that have been received by the customer are non-refundable.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We ask that you take the time to thoroughly inspect your appliances at the time of delivery or pick-up. Any damage or defect that is noticed must be reported to Appliance Canada within 48 hours, by either calling 905-660-2424 ext. 2362 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . All defects are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, and may be inspected by a factory service provider prior to a return authorization being issued.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled, up to 72 hours prior to delivery, deposits are non-refundable.
Do you provide home delivery?
Yes we provide home delivery for all of our products. At the time of purchase, you will be asked for a required delivery date, which will be written into your sales order.
Do you deliver outside of Ontario/Canada?
Currently, we do not deliver outside of Ontario or Canada. However, if you you are inquiring about purchasing product because you are moving to Ontario or you are purchasing for someone who lives within Ontario, we would be more than happy to help you.
Can I purchase products online?
Any product that you see online is available for purchase. Our online sales team will gladly guide you through the purchase process when you use our “Quote Request” tool. This allows our sales team to put together the best price and package to suit your needs.
Do you have inventory on-hand for urgent requests?
We have wide range of products that we carry excess inventory in to meet your needs. We understand that sometimes you need an appliance right away and so we carry what we call ready-to-go inventory. Any member of our sales team will be more than happy to assist you in finding what you need.
What brands do you carry?
We carry all the major brands of appliances, which can be found under the “Shop By Brand” tab on the navigation bar above.
Do you provide installation of the product?
Yes, we provide installation services. During the sales process, just inquire about installation with our sales team and they will set you up for home installation.
What if my house closing date gets pushed back – will Appliance Canada hold onto my product until I move in?
We remain in continuous contact with our customers from the point of purchase until delivery. Therefore, if you need a later ship-date we can accommodate this request and ensure that the item you ordered is available for when you need it.
How come there are no prices on your online products?
As a wholesale distributor, we provide the most competitive pricing anywhere in Ontario. Due to continuously changing prices in the market, we encourage you to contact one of our sales associates to receive the best price possible at that time. You may inquire directly online through our “Quote Request” tool or come into one of our 3 locations situated in Toronto, Vaughan, and London.
What if I can’t find what I am looking for in one of your showrooms?
All you need to do is ask one of our factory-trained sales associates and they will be able to help. Because there are so many appliances, we are unable to showcase all of them but we do have access to all current brands and models.
