Gaggenau's CI 481 30-inch cooktop offers the precision and power of induction as well as the latest restaurant-grade frying technology. Frying sensor technology provides home chefs with easy handling for better results, healthy frying capabilities, added security and energy efficient frying. The Twist-Pad control, a maneuverable magnetic knob, operates the cooking zones and can be removed for safety and cleaning purposes when not in use.
