The cooktops also feature the latest restaurant-grade frying technology. Frying sensor technology provides home chefs with easy handling for better results, healthy frying capabilities, added security and energy efficient frying. The Twist-Pad control, a maneuverable magnetic knob, operates the cooking zones and can be removed for safety and cleaning purposes when not in use. This cooktop is frameless.
