- V2™ VERTICAL DUAL-FAN TRUE CONVECTION WITH ADVANCED TEMPERATURE PRECISION — Dual rotating vertical fans work in tandem to circulate heated air from the two 3,400-watt elements around the top and bottom racks. The two fans drive the air throughout the cavity where you need it most for flaky bakery-style pastries, caramelized roasted vegetables and to transform marbled meats into succulent roasts. Advanced Temperature Precision on select JennAir Wall Ovens* consistently tune heating elements, offering our tightest temperature control.
