- CREATE STEAKHOUSE-STYLE CRUSTS — Top-down infrared broiler directs blazing high heat onto the top of meat, searing the surface evenly and creating an edge-to-edge caramelized crust with juicy insides.
- TURN TO PERFECTION — Heavy-duty, integrated rotisserie (included) rotates multiple large cuts of meat under the top-down infrared broiler to crisp and brown evenly while locking in juices.
- ADD SMOKEY TASTE — Large, stainless-steel smoker box (included) lets you achieve wood-smoked flavor on a gas grill. Box can be placed anywhere on the grill or removed when not in use.
- RAISE THE BAR ON BURNERS — PureBlu burners with a unique, tapered design, create a consistent flame and even heat across the grilling surface. Raised flame openings keep food debris falling away, minimizing clogs and corrosion.
