About this Product
This Bosch 30" Benchmark® Series double wall oven features a side opening door for easier cavity access and a high-resolution TFT user interface. It also offers 14 specialized cooking modes and a genuine European convection in both cavities.
Features
- AUTOPROBE — Program your meat to cook rare, medium and well-done based upon meat type. With our ingenious AutoProbe, everything will come out exactly the way you want it.
- ECO CLEAN — The ovens’ 2-hour self-clean cycle, allows you to use your time in the kitchen for cooking rather than cleaning. It also delivers improved energy efficiency by running for the shortest period of time possible.
- GENUINE EUROPEAN CONVECTION — A powerful third heating element surrounds the convection fan and circulates heated air throughout the oven cavity.
- ECO-CLEAN — Bosch ovens’ 2-hour self-clean cycle, allows you to use your time in the kitchen for cooking rather than cleaning. It also delivers improved energy efficiency by running for the shortest period of time possible.
- TELESCOPIC RACK — This full-extension rack glides easily on ball bearings and extends over the open oven door for easy access, allowing you to baste large cuts of meat and poultry safely without reaching into the oven.
- COLOR TFT WITH STEELTOUCH — The color TFT control control panel with SteelTouch buttons is easy to use and it give the Bosch oven a sleek, streamlined appearance, and let you control the oven with the lightest touch.
