Appliance Canada’s Terms and Conditions

General Policies

  • Appliance Canada has the right to renegotiate new pricing or cancel your order if not delivered with in 12 months of this agreement.
  • All merchandise must be pre-paid at least two (2) weeks prior to delivery.
  • Ensure that all cheques are valid – NSF cheque fees of $50.00 will apply
  • Appliance Canada cannot be held responsible for manufacturing delays

Returns and Cancellations

  • Appliances that have been received by the customer are non-refundable.
  • We ask that you take the time to thoroughly inspect your appliances at the time of delivery or pick-up for any defects before accepting the merchandise.
  • Any concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise to customerservice@appliancecanada.com. All defects are subject to the manufacturers’ warranty and may be inspected by a factory service provider prior to a return authorization being issued.
  • Orders may be cancelled, up to 72 hours prior to delivery and may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Deposits are Non-Refundable
  • All Ventilation sales are final

Delivery

  • Confirm Delivery – Appliance Canada will attempt to contact you between 24 to 48 hours prior to your requested delivery date. If Appliance Canada is not able to contact you, it is your responsibility to contact our delivery confirmation department by 1:00pm the business day prior to your delivery, or your delivery will be postponed.
  • Missed Delivery Appointments – A redelivery fee will apply if you miss your scheduled delivery appointment.
  • Clear all obstructions that may impede delivery (e.g. ice, snow, garbage bins) If at anytime a delivery driver deems the delivery site unsafe, Appliance Canada reserves the right to cancel the delivery. A redelivery fee will apply to reschedule.
  • Pre-measure your doorways, entrances, and hallways to ensure the product will fit. (Extra fees may apply should Appliance Canada be required to remove entrance or appliance doors.)
  • Disconnect all old appliances to be removed (Appliance Canada is not responsible for the disconnection of any appliance being removed.)
  • Inspect all appliances and personal property prior to signing the delivery manifest – Appliance Canada will not take back goods with cosmetic damages or fix any personal property once you have signed the manifest indicating that the goods and your home have been left in good condition.
  • Our delivery service does not include installation.

Warranty

Except for clearance or scratch and dent appliances all appliances purchased through Appliance Canada come with a minimum manufacturer’s one (1) year warranty.  The warranty starts once the product is in your home.  If service is required, please consult your manual for details.  Appliance Canada is not authorized to act on behalf of the manufacturer.  Appliance Canada is under no obligation to return defective or damaged products, or to compensate for either loss of food, medication, time loss or delays caused by the unavailability of product.  Appliance Canada will not compensate for incidental charges incurred due to back orders or defective products.

Privacy
