The elegant large temperature gauge monitors the actual temperature in the oven during pre-heating and baking. The 6-pass electric broiler with optional convection is ideal for broiling and grilling.The soft-motion oven door with edge-to-edge tempered glass is a masterpiece of European engineering and makes the oven door very easy to wipe clean. The stainless steel racks included with the range can be equipped with optional telescopic glides.

The 30" All Electric CERAN® cooking surface ranges (Professional and Master Series only) offer 4 heating zones with precision-controlled power from 1200W to 2100W. Each heating zone is backed up by a dedicated residual heat indicator to show which zones are still hot.
