Additional time-based options - timer, end of cooking, delay start - and the food temperature probe can be set with the toggle selector knob.
The Bertazzoni Assistant manages the oven with you through a precise sequence of cooking functions, temperature and time with the aid of the food temperature probe.
DUAL DIAGONAL CONVECTION
Two large-blade fans positioned on the diagonal axis and subsidiary air vents at the top and bottom of the oven cavity provide balanced airflow and even heat distribution.
