This 60-inch wide BlueStar gas double oven range features UltraNova™ open burners, a 12-inch griddle, a 12" charbroiler, and Convection Technology.
CONVECTION OVEN COOKINGThe cavity design of the oven and the convection fan system result in the most complete exchange of air possible. This provides incredibly precise, even heat distribution.
AUTO-IGNITION/RE-IGNITION
With auto-ignition, you no longer need to light the burner when the flame goes out. It also automatically stops the burners from sparking, which is no longer needed after the flame is lit.
INFRARED BROILER
The large burner produces 1850ºF of intense, searing heat close to the burner, while effecting a gentler broiling for foods placed farther away. The broiler is fully recessed into the oven's top to create maximum cooking space.
FULL MOTION GRATES
Bring sauce to a boil while stirring on a front burner, then slide it to the rear to simmer while you sauté up front! Full motion grates allow you to easily reposition pots and pans from front to rear burners without lifting. The grates are also oversized to accommodate the largest stock pots and sauté pans.
2 EXTRA-LARGE CONVECTION OVENS
2 extra-large ovens that will accommodate a full-size 18"x 26" commercial baking sheets. The convection fan system combined with the cavity design of the oven provides incredibly even heat distribution for precise baking results.

Powerful 22,000 BTU Burners & Precise Simmer Burner: The UltraNova™ burner provides 22,000 BTUs of cooking power, perfect for a rapid boil, high-heat sear, or a perfect saute. The precise 130° simmer burner easily melts chocolate and can gently warm delicate soups and sauces. Integrated wok cooking is available on any burner, plus BlueStar® burners and full-motion grates are porcelain-coated cast iron for the ultimate in durability.
