The 23,000 BTU Trident™ infrared burner is fully variable, allowing you to go below 300 to over 1000 degrees and then throttle it back to cook delicate seafood like scallops. This is temperature control like you’ve never experienced before. And, the Trident™ burner carries a lifetime warranty.

Food likes to see very even and consistent temperatures. It is important that the heat at the grilling surface is not compromised by a prevailing wind. A patented design has been developed that deflects wind and allows the grill to vent properly stabilizing critical grill surface temperatures when cooking with the grill lid closed in windy conditions.
